Business leaders are doing all the RIGHT things having the right technology, systems and processes in place. The PROBLEM comes when they want to implement a change program or a new process or innovation or measure performance and they see its not working. And the reason why its not working is because they don't have the right CULTURE in place.

In this video, I define the importance of having the RIGHT CULTURE to implement STRATEGY. The role of LEADERS and PEOPLE in making the strategy ACTIONABLE. Lastly, the importance of COMMUNICATION & TRUST for the assurance of this whole PROCESS.
