My Whole Week Fell Into The Ditch

Coming from an over organised country like Holland it's sometimes hard to understand how things work here. The total lack of caring goverment workers and the absence of structure of villages and towns makes life sometimes more difficult than necessary. If they could only take care of public space like roads with some common sense life would be a breeze.
