RHCSA 8 - nftables compared with iptables | ip6tables

RHCSA 8 - nftables compared with iptables | ip6tables Using nftables in CentOS 8 means that rules can be defined once for both IPv4 and IPv6 Rules. This can be highlighted by creating an over simplified firewall ruleset to allow on SSH traffic. Doing this with iptables then there are no IPv6 rules in place and everything is still open. We have to duplicate the rules in ip6tables. Using nftables we only create one rule to allow SSH and one rule to drop all other traffic.
