The arrival of railcars from PT Inka Indonesia, in line with the modernization of the Philippine National Railway (PNR) is a big leap towards progress. Thanks to President Duterte, Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade and PNR and those who made this possible, sooner than we thought.
