Cell Capability Degraded This alarm is reported if the RF resources, baseband resources, or inter-BBP link resources of a base station do not meet the cell configuration specifications, carrier aggregation (CA) configurations are incorrect, or services in a super combined cell are abnormal.
Possible Causes
The cell configuration is different from the network plan, or CA group configurations in the two BBUs conflict in BBU interconnection-based CA scenarios.
The eNodeB Protocol Type Conflicts with the RRU Chain Protocol Type.
Cells in the CA group are not activated.
The CPRI rate configuration is incorrect.
The transmit/receive channel of the RF unit is faulty.
A board is faulty.
The CPRI bandwidth is insufficient.
The data link between BBPs is abnormal.
The inter-subrack communication link is abnormal.
The optical module type does not match.
