A Woman Elder???

Can a woman lead and teach men? Many believe and teach women cannot teach a man. A woman can only teach other woman. Many teach and believe woman cannot be Elders or leaders of men in an assembly? Some believe and teach that a woman cannot speak in front of an assembly. This is an issue within and outside the Church
