Life is a Joy #241 Cooking with Debbie "Uncooked Fruit Cake"

Uncooked Fruit Cake

1 lb marshmallows - chopped
1 lb pecans - chopped
1 lb dates - chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c candied pineapple - chopped
1 lb candy orange slices - chopped
1 lb graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cream or milk
1/2 c candied red cherries - chopped
1/2 c candied green cherries - chopped

Mix marshmallows, candy orange slices and dates. Add cream and sugar. Let stand until gooey. Add nuts, vanilla, candied fruit and graham cracker crumbs. Mix all together and make into rolls on wax paper and then wrap in foil. Keep in refrigerator. Slice when ready to serve. This will keep several weeks in the refrigerator.
