Pran mudra is used for increase the life energy or vital energy or bioelectricity of the body. Apanvayu mudra is very beneficial for heart. Regular practice of this mudra can control the high b.p, cholesterol and reduce the chance of Heart attack. It is also beneficial for diseases related to Vata , like arthritis, Sciatica pain, chest pain, headache etc. Digestive disorders also treated by this mudra. 45 minutes of regular practice will give the desired result. If at a time 45 minutes not possible than can break it for 15 minutes 3times a day.
