Kritical Kwikies 03 Affirming the Consequent

Kritical Kwikies 03 Affirming the Consequent I've noticed a disturbing lack of critical thinking in our media these days. Can people even tell the difference between facts and lies anymore? Do they even care?
You'll never know what's true and what isn't unless you put it to the test. And what good is a test that can't tell the difference between truth and lies?
As I often say, the first rule of engineering is, "If you can't tell any difference, it doesn't MAKE any difference."

Got ideas about a test you? Want some feedback on whether that test can tell the difference? That sounds great! Let's do it. See you in the comments.
