Using Filter and Sort Dynamic Arrays in Excel (office 365)

I had a hard time figuring out exactly how to get this to work so hopefully, this helps everyone else who is confused. You have to have office 365 (not free) to get this to work and sign up for 'insiders' (free).

I also explain how to use the filter function with single and multiple criteria as well as the sort function.
