Emetophobia controls my life on a daily basis, with compulsive thoughts and behaviours. it controls ANYTHING I try to do, and my mind is constantly a cloud of all of these 'what if I am sick' statements. It's an extremely debilitating phobia that doctors don't know what to do with it, there is no cure, no tablet I can take to make things better and no answers, I feel helpless 90% of the time.
