3 eggs

100ml milk

100ml of oil

100ml yogurt

300g flour

1 packet of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

100g feta

Parsley

Olive

Sesame seeds

 

METHOD



Mix eggs, yogurt, oil, milk, sugar and salt, then combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture to the pre-prepared egg mixture and combine it all together.

Add the feta cheese and parsley to a fine paste, mix and set aside. Coat the mold with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour in the prepared mixture, line the olives, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
