The 1987 Philippine Constitution consists of a Preamble and 18 articles, and in total, it has 305 sections, excluding the Preamble and the provision on National Territory. It is possible to memorize or master the entire Constitution when you study it in your first year in the College of Law. The problem, however, is, how much of it could you retain in your permanent memory after 4 or 5 years when you take the Bar exams? Moreover, it is not only the Constitution, which you need to study in law school, so, you need to reserve space in your long-term memory for other laws and subject matters.
If you try to memorize or master everything, you would become a jack of all trades, but unfortunately, a master of none, and most likely, you will not remember anything when you take the Bar exams.
