Welcome to a vinyasa yoga practice that’s all about the balance between effort and ease!
“Sthira Sukham Asanam” are words that appear in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, one of the earliest and most important texts on yoga.
What these words mean is that our postures should be steady and comfortable; that we should endeavor to find both effort and ease in each pose.
That’s exactly what we’ll explore in this practice.
You’ll want two blocks and a yoga strap.
