How Does Brexit Affect Extradition in Europe?

At the moment, the UK is part of the European Arrest Warrant scheme, which is a fast track extradition treaty covering all EU members. But, after Brexit, the UK will no longer be part of this scheme. So, without extradition treaties with all EU member states, how will extradition work between the UK and EU?
