So since I've bought my 1999 Acura Integra LS it's had this hesitation and trouble starting. Double priming seems to fix the starting issue but the hesitation has gotten worse and worse. I've had this fuel filter sitting around for a while and decided that it was time to put it in. Still didn't fix it.
