HELP! We Want to Raise Hens! || Black Gumbo

In this video, I visit my son's property which is about to become home to a host of laying hens. We would love to have your input and advice for a first time chicken farmer. My son and his family will be raising layers and hoping to provide for a flock that provides eggs year-round. This is a totally new subject area for all of us, please comment and leave us your hen-raising wisdom.
