I do what I do for a lot of reasons. I want to teach others about the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and connecting with nature. I want to show others how powerful solitude can be for the soul! I want to raise awareness for wildlife and public lands conservation. I want to introduce new people to hunting. But at the same time I want to be alone in the woods. Ultimately the introducing new hunters wins in my mental battle, but I think everyone can relate to the moment of frustration when you see another hunter in "your" spot.
