How to play Google Stadia on any Phone and over cellular connection not just WiFi!!

I figured I'd give it a try and it worked on my htc U 11 and pixel 3 phone. So unless Google fixes this on a patch and phone with decent spec's can at stadia not just pixel phones and not just on WiFi.
