The basic of weight loss is all about caloric deficit, it doesn't matter when you eat. That's what I practice Intermittent Fasting, I've been doing the IF 16/8 where I only eat twice a day. And I do my best to eat healthy food. I've been really successful in losing all the extra weight. If you do exactly what I've been doing for the past six months, 2020 will best a great year.
