Explaining the Disability Discrimination of Parker AZ Police Chief

Explaining the Disability Discrimination of Parker AZ Police Chief If someone with a wheelchair has to do a records request to find out where the disability accessible entrance, or disability accessible bathroom is, wouldn't that be preposterous?

A person with PTSD asking for the police policy of how mental health is addressed, so the person with PTSD can better access the police, and assist others in doing the same, should NOT be told to file a public records request for this information.
