Do Plants Really Feel Pain?

Pain functions as a red light signal for us to get away from a potential danger. One thing that's common among all the pains is that in order to feel pain you must have a working nervous system and the brain.

When it comes to the plants or trees they don't have a central nervous system or a brain to process the information and make plants feel emotions like suffering. But, not feeling pain doesn't mean in any way that plants don't respond. Plants do respond to the different scenarios.
