Tejas Express journey: Airline-like customer service, but speed and price disappoint passengers

ThePrint hopped onto India’s first ‘private’ train — the Tejas Express to gauge whether the experience justified the hype around it or not. While many passengers disembarked beaming with pride, many others weren’t nearly as satisfied.

The fact that the train ends up taking nearly the same time as the Shatabdi, even though it costs more, ended up sticking out like a sore thumb for many.
