How you scale your #business is dependent on your mindset. A lot of things seem to have changed but they haven't really. A business plan is done the same it was done years ago except we look at it in a different way now.
In today's #TBT #ThrowBack, we look at a #keynote I did, where we learn ways to impress an investor as well as their expectations. I gave an example with two different people that were looking for an investor and also what the investors thought about their ideas.

You don't have to start small and remain small, at some point you need to scale and get better as technology evolves.
