So, 1992 was a long time ago, wasn’t it? Nirvana’s Nevermind was at No.1 in the US, Bill Wyman quit the Rolling Stones and we were all banging our heads in unison to Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody thanks to the hit movie Wayne’s World! “Schwing!”

It later occurred to me, that Queen bassist John Deacon must be one of the most underrated bass players of all time. Not only that, but the man behind such classic basslines as Under Pressure and Another One Bites the Dust has seemingly disappeared!

So what happened to John Deacon?
