I've had many requests for this simple recipe on my FaceBook page
It's for when you want the delicious flavour of fried eggs, without the extra calories that come from cooking with butter or oil, and without the bland mushy taste that usually comes with poached eggs.
Use just enough hot water to cover the base of the pan, pop the eggs in when the water is simmering, cover with a lid, and cook until the eggs are done just as you like them.
I've included a few serving suggestions in the video. Don't you agree that they look a lot more attractive on the plate than a boring old poached egg?
