James Maddison has suggested Harry Maguire called in sick for Leicester training as he has a dodgy stomach. Speculation was rife that the centre-back failed to turn up because he is nearing a move to Manchester United. But Maddison posted on Twitter: 'He's got the...' followed by four very self explanatory emojis (below).It was the first training session the England stalwart had missed for the Foxes in pre-season, raising a few eyebrows.But Leicester insist no deal has been struck with the Old Trafford club for their dominant defender. And Maddison's account of the situation chimes with Brendan Rodgers' admission that Maguire was suffering with illness. 'He's taken part in everything we have wanted to do and he was sick yesterday and we had a number of players that were sick yesterday after we came back from our trip,' the Foxes boss confirmed after Sunday's friendly against Stoke. 'And in these circumstances it can be very easy for him not to play, but he wanted to be with the squad.'Leicester are holding out for a world record fee for Maguire, which would be more than £75million. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to seal a deal but United's last offer, just shy of £70m was rejected.
