Isaiah 25, “Surely this is our God;…we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.”

Isaiah 25, “Surely this is our God;…we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.” We saw in chapter 24, with no ambiguity, the Lord God announce through His prophet, Isaiah, “See, the LORD is going to lay waste the earth and devastate it; he will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants.” (Isaiah 24:1, NIV)

There is a day of reckoning in the future for all mankind. That notwithstanding, there is also a day that will follow when, “The LORD Almighty will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before its elders – with great glory.” (Isaiah 24:23, NIV)

The Son of God will return and establish His millennial kingdom.

Is this fiction, fantasy, or God’s revealed truth through prophecy? It is up to each one of us to make that determination.

If the God of the Bible is who He says He is, then it makes sense – to me at least – to pay attention to what the Bible tells us. If there is truly nothing there, then there is truly nothing to fear because nothing will happen.

But when current world events begin to conform to these ancient prophecies, I would suggest this is more than just simple coincidence. Perhaps it might be time to pay attention before it is too late

“In that day they will say, ‘Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation.’” (Isaiah 25:9, NIV)

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
