Warframe - Discovered Lvl 10000 enemies in survival! New level cap??!

While streaming on Twitch Me and my squad were playing a nearly 9 Hour Requiem Kuva Survival we discovered enemies can actually level up to 10000 from.been corrupted by fissures, previously to our knowledge enemies only scaled to Level 9999 and then stopped. (In the past events have spawned over Level 10000) Higher than 10000 has been seen by other endurance players within the community. This is our reaction to seeing it first hand.
