Until we get some concrete proof it’s seriously he said/she said. All we know is what’s been said. Meg said they’re taking her money. Carl basically agreed that they’re taking her money, but said she received $50k upfront not $10k, it’s a 70/30 ‘other’ split in addition to a 60/40 ‘music’ split, and that she also owns partial masters which has not yet been corroborated. And that her dead mother brokered the deal along with T. Farris so she needs to take it up with them. Neither side has provided proof of these claims. I understand not wanting to lose your prize artist. I also understanding wanting out of a contract you feel no longer serves you (and if Meg can get out of this contract, it sets a precedent). I’m VERY curious to see how this case ends!
