Larry: That investment sales broker, just like any broker, has a job of qualifying the prospective bidder. They don't typically- although they'll entertain bids from just about anybody, when the bids come in, now it's the broker's job to qualify the bid. First, to understand what the capability of the buyer is, who the buyer is, what their track record is, and what their local knowledge is.
