I recommend it for: linear contracts settled in USD; XMR, Tether and index futures; sometimes attractive premiums. They posted false claims about being regulated in Dubai where their licence was incorrect. Probably some fake volume. No KYC.

Bitfinex is the most advanced and hands down best spot exchange out there. They offer leveraged spot trading, lending and derivatives trading.
Entangled in some legal issues, there is a small risk that they will get a significant fine from US authorities. Banking sometimes becomes challenging.
