SWEET MILK BREAD BREAD
360 gr. All Purpose Flour
270 gr. Milk
11 gr. Instant Yeast
200gr. All Purpose Flour
80 Fine Sugar
8 gr. Vanilla Sugar
8 gr. Salt
100 Unsalted Butter
1 Egg (weighs 60-62 gr. with shell)

Here is the sweet milk bread recipe using sponge & dough method. I am not really satisfied with the results just yet. However the bread is soft, but not as soft as the bread that using bread improver on my previous video. The texture is quite disappointing. Perhaps this method doesn’t work well with this recipe. If you have a bread recipe that uses the same ingredients using the same method like in this video, your knowledge and advise are welcome on how to improve this recipe. Otherwise, please don’t give any advise if your bread recipe and ingredients use are totally different. If your recipe works for you, I am happy for you, but don’t insult my hard work and knowledge. Life i s so much easier is there is only 1 kind of bread recipe that share around the whole world, unfortunately it is not. There are plenty of bread recipes throughout the world. So be respectful when writing your commentary. Wish you all a very nice day.

If you think this recipe is too sweet, you can always lower the quality to 40gr. instead of 80gr.
