[15:43] MD: Phone alarm Manhattan Box 437, 48 East 7th Street thats off of 2nd Avenue, reporting a fire in an MD

[1546] B-6: Give a 10-75. We have fire on the top floor of a 5 story brick.

H&L-20 FAST

[1549] B-6 Transmit the 2nd Alarm. We have fire in the walls.

[1558] D-1: We have fire in the duct work. 1 L/S to the first floor, 1 L/S to the top floor.

[1603] D-1: Transmit the 3rd Alarm. We have fire in the walls between two buildings and fire in the cockloft. (Staging at East 7th Street and 1st Avenue).

[1614] D-1: We have heavy fire on multiple floor. 4 L/S, 3 L/O. DWH

[1629] FC: Per Car 6; 5 L/S/O, fire in an interior duct on all floors. DWH

[1631] FC: Special call an additional Battalion Chief (B-9).

[1644] FC: 6 L/S, 5 L/O. Primaries are complete and negative throughout. Fire is darkening down. DWH Special call 2 additional trucks (L-30 act. L-3, H&L-6).

[1713] FC: 6 L/S, 3 L/O, MBFKD with the exception of the 2nd floor hallway. Secondaries are negative except the basement. Special call an additional Truck (TL-12). Duration 1 hour 32 minutes.
