Delhi Burns Over CAA Protest:  Amit Shah Reviews Situation In Wake Of The Issue New Delhi: An armed battalion of Delhi Police, comprising around 1,000 personnel, is being deployed in violence-hit areas of Delhi while inter-state borders are being closely monitored, officials said on Tuesday.

This was conveyed at a high-level meeting convened by Home Minister Amit Shah and attended by Delhi's LG Anil Baijal, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Commissioner of Police Amulya Patnaik among others.
