Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use ( Oh deer.  In a staggering moment captured on video and posted to social media, a North Carolina man was steamrolled by a charging deer in a suburban Charlotte parking lot last week.  Surveillance video shows the animal charging into the frame like a Spanish bull and then leaping skyward as it collides with the unsuspecting victim, Ken Worthy, a computer technology instructor and retired detective who had just exited a McDonald’s with his wife.
