As stated in my video, this will be the last “video” blogging report for the time being. I will still be writing monthly blogging reports on my website, but I have other video content that I would like to focus on for my YouTube channel in the coming months. This isn’t to say I will never do another blogging report video, but just not for a little while.
With that being said, January 2020 was a really solid month for me both when comparing year-over-year and month-over-month. I’m really starting to notice my search engine rankings improving and in return this is bringing in increased organic traffic to my blog. I saw an increase of 16.20% when comparing January 2020 versus January 2019. For me though what I’m most pleased by is looking at my long-term organic traffic chart. The trend is really positive and should continue this way with the more optimized blog content I publish to my website. I think very soon I will be able to hit 500 organic visits consistently each and every month. This is exciting to me because I already earn a very nice part-time income from my blog with the current amount of traffic I am generating. More targeted traffic like this will help me increase my overall blog revenue.
