I was recently asked by one of my lovely subscribers if I could share some tips on how to incorporate mindfulness into one’s study or work sessions. It inspired me to film this week’s video and share my top 10 tips for being more mindful while working! Mindfulness is something I aim to integrate into my daily life and I’ve noticed it has such a positive effect on the way I also go about completing my work. Whether it’s being mindful of your breathing, your workspace environment, or your posture, mindfulness allows you to focus your attention in the present moment, get out of your head and get into your body.
