Do you find yourself with not enough time to workout or go to the gym? Micro workouts allow you to fit exercise into a busy schedule. So, what is a micro workout? Instead of doing normal workout sessions that are typically an hour or so long, you can sprinkle little bits of exercise in throughout the day. This can mean mini exercises at your desk or walking up and down the stairs. Micro workouts are great if you struggle finding time to exercise. Working mom schedules can be exhausting with a lack of time to exercise. Research shows that doing micro workouts throughout the day can help boost your metabolism. ANY exercise is better than no exercise. This is especially important if you have a job where you are sitting a lot, limiting your daily movement. If you don't have time to exercise but want to lose weight and stay healthy, mini-workouts throughout the day are perfect.
