Having a good recall does not happen over night. It takes time. Its like an investment account. The more you put in the more it will compound and when you need it there will be a lots there. The recall is not a magic trick but it is something you need to practice the right way. If you call them at the wrong time or you don't reinforce things you will end up with something that looks more like paper in the wind.
