10 Reasons Why A NARCISSIST LOVES AN INFJ | The Rarest Personality Type. Have you ever been friends with a Narcissist? Have you ever wondered what would make her/him shut up or if anybody could actually tolerate them? Let us identify what a narcissist is. According to Merriam-Webster, being narcissistic means one has an immense ego and has a love of sexual desire for one’s own body. The Oxford dictionaries describe them differently though, it says “Narcissist is a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves”. I guess regardless of where or who we ask to define it, the bottom line is they are people who possibly could not love someone else more than they love themselves.
It may be extremely hard to look for someone to want to be with or tolerate them. It is a known fact that they are not the most loved and adored kind of people, because of how they appear to people and their personality as well. It is even called a disorder so it makes you wonder, can anybody really be with them? This is why one of their favorite companions, romantically or platonically is the INFJ!
So you might ask, are the Narcissists just manipulating the INFJ to get things they want? Who knows! It could be! But it could also be a real cry for help.
In terms of building relationships, the INFJ might be the “perfect” match for the Narcissist but then again, everybody deserves to make or write their own story. Regardless of how you want it told, you must have your own version of a happy ending, right? Let us give the narcissist and the INFJs their own version of a beautiful mess.
