What is the OPTIMAL DIET? | Nutrition vlog In this vlog, I start to outline what factors are important if we want to eat a diet that is optimal for health and hapiness.

I've tried pretty much every diet around including veganism, carnivorism, high and low carb, high and low fat, etc. I have lost 80 pounds a couple times in my life, on both high and low carb diets. As we now know, different things work for different people. So let's take a look at what factors are important for everyone.

The goal of every diet should be to maximise micro-nutrients, to minimise toxicity, and to reduce needless cravings.
In other words, to make us healthy and happy!

I also explain why healthy food is actually good for us, and how it can make our body behave in the way we want it to. And why proteine is undervalued as a nutrient in general.
