Sakura Wars Mednafen 1.22.2 issue, HELP

I RARELY use Mednafen so I would appreciate any help anyone can offer. This is the English patched version of Sakura Wars and the FMV's don't seem to be running full speed and have audio issues while the main game runs perfectly. Any suggestions to fix it?
