How to load a pancake onto a reel. The first way is to take the 2 flanges apart and load the pancake that way. Now what if your reel is plastic or the bolt pattern doesn't line up. I've seen people just take the pancake as is and just stick it on the machine and hit fast forward but if it unspools you got a mess. I decided to just load the pancake onto the record player then thread it through the machine like normal and load it that way.
