Remember the competing memo controversy that played out February of 2018? Rep. Nunes prepared a memo regarding the FBI's evidence presented to the FISA Court in regards to Carter Page. As a result, Rep Schiff provided a counter memo refuting Nunes. At the time no one knew which was accurate because the underlying evidence was confidential. Inspector General Horowitz was tasked to find if the FISA Court submission was in accordance with the law. Now we know which memo was, in fact, accurate.
