4k walk , a documentary slow tv travel channel is featuring a series of 4k video walks in Ciudad de Mexico ( CDMX ) for the Day of the Dead 2019 ( Dia de muertos 2019 o dia de los muertos ). México DF is now called Ciudad de México or Mexico City. Dia de muertos en Mexico is a traditional and colorful celebration.
This is one of my city walks in Mixquic, a traditional town for visiting during the day of the dead. See my other videos in Mixquic's Cemetery and the one where people open their homes to share their offerings to the dead (ofrendas). This one is visiting the street market. It is not only an amazing food market, you can find here flowers, clothing, crafts, art, and a lot of interesting things. You will find pan de muerto, calaveras (skulls) and enjoy "tradiciones mexicanas"!
You can eat chapulines (insects), tacos, enchiladas, corn, meat from different animals, and a lot of mexcan food. You can find restaurants too, and not only mexican street food. If you plan a mexico travel during these dates, you need to visit Mixquic, as part of your mexico city travel. Mixquic dia de muertos is amazing.
So virtual walk in Mixquic. Let's take a virtual tour!
