New Consumer App Launched IBiztak

The New 'Consumer App' will be available free in two languages ​​Hindi and English. This will enable download on Android and iOS platform. After the introduction of this app, Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said here on Tuesday, "The government has introduced this additional platform for consumer complaints. The role of consumer helpline and consumer courts will continue. ”He said that on this app consumers will not only be able to register their complaints but also get information about what has been done on their complaint.
'उपभोक्ता ऐप' दो भाषाओं हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में नि:शुल्क उपलब्ध होगी। इससे एंड्रॉयड और आईओएस मंच पर डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा। इस ऐप को पेश किए जान के बाद उपभोक्ता मामलों के मंत्री रामविलास पासवान ने मंगलवार को यहां कहा, ''सरकार ने उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायतों के लिए यह अतिरिक्त मंच पेश किया है। उपभोक्ता हेल्पलाइन और उपभोक्ता अदालतों की भूमिका बनी रहेगी।'' उन्होंने कहा कि इस ऐप पर उपभोक्ता न केवल अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कर सकेंगे बल्कि उनकी शिकायत पर क्या किया गया है इसकी जानकारी भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा प्रयास होगा कि शिकायतों के निपटान में कम से कम समय लगे।
