Colds:
Combine 1 tbsp of lemon juice with 2 1/2 tbsp of hot water, a crushed garlic clove and a pinch of cinnamon. Drink UP TO 3 times daily

Add 2-3 slices of fresh ginger to 3/4 cup water

High Fever:
Make an infusion with 1 tsp yarrow (add boneset if you have it), pinch of cayenne to 3/4 cup of water. Brew for 5 minutes and drink hot. Take UP TO 2 cups a day

Sore throat: add lemon to hot water and use as a gargle

General remedy:
Crush garlic, grated ginger, and squeeze juice from 1 lemon. Mix with honey and warm water. Drink UP to once a day.
