Here's the idea: take multiple exposures when you are out shooting. You can blend in exposures where you sky is overexposed but the foreground is lit. You can either do that by overexposing it or lighting it up with a spotlight or video lights. After that, take them into Photoshop and blend them together. In this video, I show you how to do that.
