Baselworld as we know it today was started in 2003 but much has changed since the days of Carson Daly and TRL. Marketing has evolved, which has led many to wonder if the decline of Baselworld is inevitable.

Companies like Rolex and Patek Philippe stood out for their grand displays at Basel so, what is it that will replace those grand exhibitions of luxury? We'll get into that today.

Also on the roster is the reality of auction houses when it comes to watch value vs watch price. You'll be surprised to learn about how unreliable some of it may be. ⚙️ What is currently happening with Romain Jerome as a brand? I heard that their main man left the company and also that they now exist as RJX watches. Why was the brand always so low in market value? The tourbillon you showed in the Horology is Dead video is stunning. What do you personally think of the brand?
